OK, well, what can I say? This brilliant opportunity has arisen where you can rent out this business where it’s all ready to go! This fantastic little bar has tons of potential, it would be such a shame if it was left sitting there with no one occupying it. The previous tenants move on December 1st 2016.
Gogartys, Located in La Zenia in an excellent spot, known to the locals too, as thee place to go. With great ambience, great drink, great food from your simple salads, sandwiches, curries to your hotpots and legendary fish and chips! All prepared fresh in the good size kitchen.
Many will know Gogartys to be great for all things sport too. Its sociable there with welcoming staff, great meal deals, drink deals and big screen TV´s for watching the darts, golf, boxing, football and anything sport related. Two terraces, one to the side for the sunny afternoons and a covered terrace to the front. Locals love to come here for a drink or two and a bite to eat, so you know you will never be out of business. We here at Comaskey’s rental department next door, love Gogartys too for all the reasons I have stated above, and who knows, you might even see us there for a drink after a long day at the office! At least you´ve got one friend (or Friends, as there’s a lot of us!) around the corner. But I’m sure after taking on the bar you will have many more.
Located in La Zenia in the region of Orihuela Costa, it is an ideal spot business wise- lots of bars restaurants, supermarkets, gifts shops etc in the area.
You will have success all year round as the area is very popular with golfers. We often see groups of them as we start our shift in the office. In the past Gogartys have done golf mornings where a bacon sandwich and a coffee or tea go down a treat with the golfers before the game of the day. Many punters have even bought a property in Spain for that paricular reason, to use it for Golf! Another reason to have the best bar in the area. The Golf courses are some of the best in Spain. Villamartin golf course is just a 10-minute drive away. It hosted the Mediterranean open here in the past. The other golf courses are the two in Las Ramblas and Campoamor, which are linked in harmony right next to each other. Las Ramblas has a great course with a good, testing layout. Their country club is situated at the top of the hill with a driving range also. So, if you feel like getting some practice in, then that’s the place to go.
Campoamor Golf course is located right next door and has a beautiful design also. With the country club situated at the top of the hill as well but further on, it’s great for holding weddings, events, and other parties. The elegant carved ceilings are among the first thing you look at when you enter the club house, and the a la carte menu is typically cantered around Spanish cuisine (and is to die for). The course is one of the best in Spain with actor Liam Neeson having been known to play a game of golf here. Certainly, something that draws my attention to the area for sure.
Other courses leading further afield but are still easy to get to are: Las Colinas, Vista Bella, Roda Golf etc.
Costa Blanca means White Coast, and that reason alone brings in most of the tourism here. White Sandy clean beaches, water sports, sailing, nights out, museums, sports, etc. Everything is here on the Costa Blanca! The closet water park is in Torrevieja, a 20-minute drive away. The nearest theme park is in Benidorm, a mere hour away, and if you can’t drive, well take a coach trip up there.
