The Comaskey group of companies requires a Marketing and Lead Coordinator to work in one of our La Zenia offices, assisting our teams to develop and maximise revenues and profits.
Your role will be to deal with up-selling our extensive range of services to current clients, dealing with past clients, developing online leads, promoting referrals and assisting our network of collaborating agents in Spain and abroad.
The position will involve doing a full brand audit for the various departments in the organisation. You will help us to develop a marketing strategy in conjunction with our technical and sales teams, which will both maintain our positive position in the market and promote further development.
You will help measure the effectiveness of various on-line and off-line campaigns, set and maintain a CRM system, manage a marketing budget, report to senior management regularly and provide feedback to all team members.
Lead management will involve follow up by phone, email and in person with potential clients and ultimately converting them into satisfied clients.
The successful candidate will have a knowledge of social media, be phone confident and computer literate. Prior experience in the real estate and related sectors is an advantage, as in a clean driving license and previous marketing experience.
Ideally you will be a native English speaker and you will have at least a working knowledge of Spanish.

Salary is negotiable depending on levels of experience and enthusiasm. We will require you full time during office hours.
