What a super experience!
From the initial email, communication was open and honest, care and attention to detail was exemplary. Comaskeys are a friendly professional company and doing business with them was a pleasure. Sean went above and beyond the call of duty giving us a guided tour of the locality (banter included!) and dropping us home/to the beach after viewings. He was friendly, informative, experienced and instilled confidence that Comaskeys are the best at what they do. Never pushy, always allowing us to dictate terms, Sean showed us homes in our price range and we were thrilled to find our dream home on the second day of viewings. From there we met with Tracie, Claire, Helene, Ellena and Ian and each staff member gave us superb service always giving us all the time we needed and explaining how and when the purchase would progress. Even the staff we didn’t have any personal dealings with were very nice. We felt fully confident of their expertise and their attention to us on our return to Ireland keeping us informed and up to date at all times was amazing. The whole process was not too lengthy and was almost stress free. We are now the proud owners of a gorgeous Spanish home. We can’t wait to move in and we already count the team at Comaskeys as our friends. We are unreservedly recommending them to anyone intending buying property. You will not be disappointed!
