ZENIA BOULEVARD
The new giant shopping centre continues to grow on a weekly basis. The centre will cover an area of 180,000 square metres and can accommodate 150 shops. The latest confirmed outlets are, Al Campo superstore, Auchan, Noauto, C&A, Worten, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Primark, Zara, Zara Home, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Oysho and Berksha. There will be spaces for 5000 cars half of which will be underground. The centre is also expected to create 1800 jobs which can only be a good thing for our area. The centre was due to open late 2012 but is progressing so well I have seen on the internet it could be September now.
