My family arrived in La Zenia as part holiday part looking for an apartment, we were staying at a friend’s who had bought his property through Comaskey. My friend had recommended that I speak to Craig who had been an excellent host for him. I turned up at Comaskey’s office and asked if I could speak to Craig, he was unavailable so I left my name and number for him to call me. Craig soon made contact and we were in Comaskey’s office selecting properties in our price range that suited our needs.
Next day Craig picked us up from where we were staying and showed us round all our selected properties and the surrounding areas. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he had the patience of a saint. There was no pressure on us to buy so the decision was entirely our own when we selected an apartment new onto the market. Craig negotiated the best deal for us and guided us through all the legal aspects. This enabled us to enjoy the rest of our holiday.
Alas the day before the purchase was to complete the seller pulled out and left us with no holiday home in sunny La Zenia to enjoy our upcoming summer holiday. Comaskey didn’t leave us high and dry, they transferred our deposit so that we could put it onto another property. We didn’t view the property we now own before we bought it, we trusted Craig’s judgement because he knew what suited our needs through the short time we had spent with him previously.
We now have a wonderful apartment in La Zenia thanks to Craig and Comaskey.
