Positive start to 2013 – Comaskey Properties

Another year of sales on the Costa Blanca is about to kick off and it looks like 2013 is continuing where 2012 finished.
“Trends, like horses are easier to ride in the direction they are going” according to John Naisbitt. If that’s true more and more clients are buying to give themselves a better quality of life first and a possible investment second. The day of buyers believing tall tales from unscrupulous real estate agents in Spain and indeed anywhere, is coming to an end. Educated buyers are getting value in financial terms and just as importantly they are getting lifestyle benefits.
A new group of buyers for example are the Scandinavian golfers who fly here for one day to play golf! Yup, fly on the Friday night or first thing Saturday and home on the Sunday.
We´ve already had clients from Iceland, Finland, and our guaranteed buyers- Danes, Norwegians and Swedes. ll this and we still have not had a full week´s work in Spain in 2013.
People looking to selling a home in Spain will hopefully contact Comaskey Properties and allow us to take care of the details for them. We will put their property in front of buyers from Northern Europe, Ireland and the UK of course, our French speaking division will introduce French and Belgian buyers and if the trend from last year continues we will also sell to Russians, Germans and even the occasional South American.
One new development and one we think is unique to Comaskey Spanish Property next year will be sales, legal work, taxation, notary service, translations etc all under on roof. That’s without even mentioning the best property rental department on the Costa Blanca and our new key holding division.
Things are good here, really good.
Why not come to La Zenia and take a look around – you´ll have plenty of company. Better still arrange an appointment with Comaskey properties and whether you are renting, buying or selling, allow us to make your Spanish Property dreams come true.
