Just a short mention on the progress in our new office, Calle Flores, La Zenia. (previously the Lyndyloo Bridal Shop)
We are moving forward, and much of the internal work has been completed by Emerald Isle Construction. We´ve knocked down all the existing walls, added our disabled toilet, put in a new kitchen, new floor, new sound proof ceiling and new built in filing cabinets. The electrical work is slow due to some errors made by the original builder of the Zenia Sol community but Danny and the boys are getting there. We hope to start the outside signage within about two weeks, plus we need to plaster the whole outside of the building. Internal painting should start with a week, once the plaster dries. At least the weather is good and dry.
The actual move date is December 2015 – but don’t book your flight to travel to Spain for the ribbon cutting just yet. It could be pushed back a few days. Most of you are aware that this office will be an extension of Comaskey Properties La Zenia office and we´ll be serving clients who wish to rent a property or buy a property here in La Zenia and indeed the general Costa Blanca area. We are of course keeping the Zenia Golf office open which has served us so well since 2002.
