San Pedro del Pinatar office ready for your new franchised unit.
As part of the franchise package we are putting together for people hoping to move to Spain, we´ve been checking out some locations, potential office space etc.
This is one we discovered recently that we think has a few interesting features…
San Pedro on the Mar Menor is one of the areas that we believe is perfectly suited for a Comaskey Real Estate franchise and this is the best office we´ve found on the Mar Menor so far.
The unit is 40m2 so it’s fairly small and manageable – just perfect for a real estate office. It’s fitted out fairly well so refurbishment will be minimal. You will still need office furniture, signage etc but a rough estimate of 5,000 euro will leave it ready to operate in. The owner is Spanish and will rent it, sell it or even consider a rent to buy.
My two favourite points on this office are:
1. The Price – Ramon the owner, is asking just 65,000 euro freehold for the purchase of the office.
2. The Location – Check out the views. Do you think coming to “work” here might put a little skip in your step every day? Way better than working down a coal mine, we think!!
