MOMO Sports Club is set to open its doors in La Zenia very soon. After 9 years managing sports clubs in Madrid, this chain of gyms is set to open a new fitness club here in June where its members will get the most effective workouts, fun group classes and a great service.
MOMO La Zenia has a fully equipped gym with functional training area, an indoor cycling studio and two other studios for a wide range of group classes: many specially designed to tone up your body (such as Body Pump and ABT), other classes like Body Balance, Yoga and Pilates where you work not only your body but also your mind and classes where you will burn lots of calories while having fun such as Zumba®, Indoor Cycling, ABE® or Body Combat.
For those who enjoy working out in the water, MOMO La Zenia has a 15 metre indoor swimming pool offering swimming lessons for babies, kids and adults. Gym members will be able to join water activities like Aquarunning, Aquagym and Aqua Zumba® or simply enjoy a leisurely swim after a workout!
