This is part of the Jose Antonio panaderia group of cafes and bakeries famous in Pilar de la Horadada so you expect it to be well run, and it is. For the grown ups they show the football at the bar- we always have some coffees and pastries while we’re watching the little angels burn off some energy in the bouncing castle or on the very safe and secure climbing frames. Ironically the best time of year for indoor play on the Costa Blanca is the summer when the kids need a break from the scorching mid day heat. Because it’s open all day, ‘cueva’ is always an easy option.
The staff run birthday parties in the main restaurant area and most weekends there will be a few of them. It gets loud! The staff are very friendly, and really enjoy the kids. Our boys genuinely like the girls in return, especially when they get a free chocolate or two! You don’t need to make any reservations and the ease of dropping in for an hour whenever you feel it is great.
