I’d like to thank Comaskey properties in La Zenia and Spanish solutions for organising the sale of my San Jose property last week. This was a difficult one as the Spanish bank involved was quite uncooperative but the team had patience and got the property sold with the minimum of fuss. Their understanding of the system is what makes the difference- there is no substitution for experience.
When we re-enter the Spanish property market in the near future we will once again use both Comaskey and Spanish Solutions to guarantee us a successful outcome.
