Our sales team has had a new, yet very familiar face added this month with the “arrival” of Susie Wright.
Many of you will know exactly who Susie is – She was the head of Comaskey Rentals for seven years. In that time Susie turned the division from a struggling loss making service to the largest long term rental department on the Costa Blanca.
In 2014, Susie’s rental business turned over almost one million euro for our landlords.
The rental business has been left in the capable hands of Ricardo and Poli while Susie has agreed to take up the new challenge of becoming a member of our sales team.
She is no stranger to sales having previously worked at Nottingham Property Services for seven years as the company valuer, giving full market and property appraisals
Susie hopes to get to know all the new developments in the region as we have noticed an increased interest in new builds, especially from our Scandinavian, Belgian and French buyers. Her personal favourite new developments are key ready at Dream Hills as they start from €89,000 for properties with modern looking kitchens, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
As well as new developments, Susie will also be dealing and collaborating with our network of agents, listing new properties for sale anywhere on the Costa Blanca, and naturally taking clients on property viewings.
Susie will be based at the La Zenia office, feel free to drop in and say “hello”. Be careful though – Susie can’t stop selling; you might call in for a chat and come out with the set of keys to your new home in Spain!
