Finally after what seems like an age, we have our new office open in La Zenia and we are ready for business! In reality we sold a few properties from there already in 2016, even before the office was fully finished.
We love this location-there is a load of walk in traffic, the signs can be seen from the road and we think we will attract many new agents who wish to deal with (what we think is) the most modern real estate office in La Zenia. Naturally we wish to attract new clients who are thinking of selling their property in Spain, as well as those looking to buy. We will be selling both resale property and new developments from our new Calle Flores corner unit.
Thanks to Silvia and the Spanish Solutions team for getting our opening licenses as well as Amps Electrical and Emerald Isle construction for all their hard work in getting us ready.
I haven’t opened an office in a while and it’s easy to forget about technical issues, computers and wifi, electrical problems, furniture, floors, signs, sound proofing, etc etc.
