My wife and I spent a week in the La Zenia and Cabo Roig area of the Costa Blanca at the end of February 2016. We were familiar with both areas from previous visits and we were hoping to buy a property to suit our needs as a holiday home. We spent a full day with Comaskey Properties viewing houses that matched the criteria and price we had set. The person from Comaskey that showed us around the properties was Susie – who was well informed, gave us the pros and cons of each property and area and was also good company. Being shown around by someone who is knowledgeable, cheerful and upbeat is important because there are very big decisions to be made. We were only shown properties that matched our needs – again very important so as not to waste everyone’s time. After much running around and decision making we were successful.
In short Susie found us a property that exceeded our hopes – for us that says it all.
