Peter at Comaskey was recommended to me by a friend that already has an apartment and knows Peter as a friend. Peter has been brilliant from the first day I contacted him, providing lots of information on the buying process and details of the properties he would show us. Peter listened to our requirements and made suggestions, including not just looking at new build, to make sure we would get the most from a viewing trip and ensure that we made the best decision for us.
On the weekend of our viewing trip Peter arrived on time and explained what he would be showing and making us feel relaxed about the whole process. Having 3 children with us it was never going to be easy but Peter was patient and gave us plenty of time to get the kids in and out of the car and settled after each viewing, we were never under any pressure.
After two intense days of viewing we had a short list of two and Peter helped us go through the pro’s and con’s of both helping us make, what we think, was the right decision. Peter then came with me to the solicitor to review the contract before signing. At no point were we put under pressure to sign before this review.
Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable trip and a happy family left Spain looking forward to when they get the keys to their new villa, and within two days Peter emailed me with a picture of the plot being marked out by the builder.
