I recently met with Ben Cottman of Aerial Film and Photo, a London based company who provide film and photos from the air of properties for sale in the UK. They do other types of filming naturally but I was most interested in the property side of things and how it would help our clients to get an edge in the market and get more eyes on their property listing.

The price is very reasonable, I mean really good price from as little as 50 euro per house. Yes, if you have a large estate stretching for acres along the Mediterranean sea, you’ll pay a bit more. We are currently taking bookings for Aerial Film and Photo’s first trip to Spain which will be over the next few weeks. This means very little to me, but these guys fly with unmanned UAV drones and their preferred drones are DJI phantom 3 and DJI inspire.
