Hi Peter,

I spoke with you regarding selling our Quad house in Entre Naranjos, and purchasing hopefully a new build Villa in Vistabella Golf.

Since talking with you I just wanted to point out being Irish we always like to get a good deal, having Mr Ian Comaskey an Irishman

running this agency, I am very familiar with County Westmeath and Mullingar due to my work travels were he lived, also I believe

he has an excellent staff working for him, people from England, Scotland ETC, my Mother and wife were both born in the Uk, after

speaking with you Peter and looking over how Professional you are at your job, I believe you can carry out what I am looking for and

that is selling our Quad house at a good price, and getting us a Villa Detached with a pool.

I retired early due to an illness, so I have to make sure I don’t go over board and have a bit of financial Security to fall back on, I love

Spain, have had this Quad well over 10 years and have it in immaculate Condition, and have had it upgraded a lot.

My Dream now with your help is to sell, and upgrade to a Maybe a New Build Villa Detached Completely with its own pool within a

price naturally we can afford, we were hoping now familiar were we have the Quad House, to upgrade to one of the Vistabella Villas

but you may be able to suggest other areas that have just as affordable Villas that are worth checking out and maybe within a shorter

distance to the beach.

I believe there are other phases due in the future in Vistabella Golf worth keeping an eye on, of course if the prices are right, but I am

saying Peter with your experience you may be able to come up with some other Villas out their, for sale I maybe interested in, so don’t

mine E-Mailing me with anything you think we could be interested in, and keep sending as much info as you can if that’s possible.

Finally come late 2017 I will be in a better position, as to how far I can stretch my finances, but would like you to keep me updated

on as much what is happening in Vistabella Golf Phases OR other maybe just as good Villas in other areas at present.

Nice to hear from you, thanks for getting in touch- we enjoy detailed emails like this from potential clients and new friends.

You have the absolute new developments expert on your side with Peter. He has forgotten more than I ever knew about new developments up and down the Costa Blanca!! I like Vista Bella and it’s really come on since they pumped all that money in there recently- What a shame the golf course will not be finished in the way it was supposed to however!

Peter will show you lots of new developments around the Villamartin/La Zenia and Cabo Roig areas just for comparison- I hear you spoke to him for nearly two hours the other day, he does like to chat. Did he mention Stoke City? He does have the knowledge though.

We often do great deals for people buying and selling through Comaskey. We can do a reduced commission both sides. Often we have sellers who need us to negotiate terms with the builders. Let’s say we sell you property but there is a delay for some reason- an ash cloud or something. We will speak to the builder and make sure they give us enough time for your money to come through on the sale before putting us under pressure to make further payments to them.

That’s the advantage of using the same agent for selling and buying. My feeling is let’s get your Entre Naranjos house listed immediately- you never know and the sooner it’s on the market, the sooner we will get you some offers. The market is really good right now- the Brexit is frightening people out of the UK and they are coming here to Spain while they still can! We can put your house in our newsletter to give us maximum exposure.

As you are Irish, you definitely like a good deal… I’ll ask Spanish Solutions, our legal and taxation arm to do you something very special if you use them for buying and selling. Off the top of my head, the cost of buying is 1,300 euro plus VAT- Let’s see if they can do both for 2,000 euro. Sound reasonable?

Where exactly are you from? You share your surname with my Granny.
