I called into Comaskey whilst on a search for my Spanish house having looked from Mazarrón to Calpe. I had a long wish list for this.
All of the homes I saw with Comaskeys fulfilled these ideals. Some I liked more than others. I decided on one house having been brought back for a second viewing. As I didn’t know the area well it was great that I was driven around with a helpful running commentary.
Tracie kept me well informed and up to date as to the progress of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she answered all my queries so promptly.
When I called in to collect the keys Tracie was so smiley and welcoming along with the others who were in the office. As I was on my own Tracie asked Séan if he would take me up and show me how the alarm and locks worked. He was more than willing. This was so kind and thoughtful. Definitely going the extra mile.
They also told me any queries or worries just to pop in and they will help if they can. Again going that extra mile.
I am very happy with my house purchase. The team in Comaskey went the extra mile and I will recommend them in future.
