A wonderful thank you letter – Comaskey Properties

Although we don’t believe we have had the pleasure of ever meeting you, we have certainly enjoyed the service your company provides.

We bought our first property through Comaskey in January 2013 and from start to finish Craig Clements was perfection personified.

He was more than ably assisted by Tracie Miles and you should be very pleased that these two professionals are working for your company and not the competition.

In the summer of this year, whilst still in the UK, we decided to buy an additional property in the Orihuela Costa with a view to then making a permanent move to Spain.

Using the ubiquitous’ Rightmove’ we searched for properties that looked interesting to us but although the properties may have looked good, the various agents representing them were clueless.

In the end we decided to stop looking whilst we were in the UK and restart our search when we arrived in a Spain. We landed at 10am on the 28 August, picked up the car we had pre-bought over the internet by 11am, and then viewed 3 properties that same afternoon with Craig. No rush then! By now we had decided not to bother with the other estate agents in the area as they were wasting our time and patience on properties that they desperately wanted to sell but bore no resemblance to what we wished to buy!

Shortly into our search we decided to buy your property reference number 4110 and duly paid our deposit. Once again, the creativity and endeavours of Craig meant that he had showed us a property that was quite close to our requirements but his vision as to what we could do to it to create the house we required was paramount in our decision to buy. A big well done to Craig for this and he puts other estate agents to shame with his foresight, enthusiasm and excellent customer management skills.

Post sale, Tracie Miles is your rock. She has a phenomenal memory, a capacity to organise that is exemplary and builds confidence with your customers because of her in-built desire to offer the best customer service humanly possible. No matter what else you may contemplate doing to restructure the company, you must endure that the customer service these two people provide is not compromised in any way and in our opinion, they are the most valuable asset your company currently has.

We completed on the property on our required date of 17th October & are currently working our way through all of the improvements we discussed with Craig to turn our new house into a modern home.

We are delighted with our purchase and the after sales service your company provides is an integral part of our decision to spend our money with Comaskey and nobody else. Without exception, all of the La Zenia team that we spoke to on our numerous visits including Sean, Adam and Suzy were always pleased to help and it was nice to be viewed as a person and not merely a profit opportunity!

From my own long career in a Sales and Sales Management, I know the retail market can be extremely difficult and the trick to making a success of it is to make it look easy ( much easier said than done).

Please pass our thanks onto your excellent team and rest assured if we were debating opening an estate agency in this area, I would not allow you any guesses as to who we would wish to recruit to work for us.

Congratulations on putting together an excellent customer focused team and to quote a well used expression from my time in retail, ‘if it’s not broken, then don’t fix it’.
