Thousands of people looking to buy a place in the Sun attended the exhibition of the same name at the GMEX centre in Manchester on the weekend of March 11th. Countries featured include France, Portugal, Turkey, USA, Bulgaria, Hungary and of course Spain.
Spain is the most popular destination for British buyers, I think this was quite evident in Manchester and the Costa Blanca, especially La Zenia was the most popular part of Spain.
La Zenia estate agents like Comaskey, Casas Manual, Home Espana, Casas Espana were all there as well as builders such as TM and YER, Resorts like Vista Bella and Las Colinas and many Costa Blanca lawyers like Fuster and Associates, Sun lawyers and even our own Spanish Solutions. The show was really well organised with as many as 3,500 people attending on the Saturday alone.
We exhibited our resale property on behalf of our sellers and we had buyers for new developments too. It was good to see so many of the Spanish estate agents filling in enquiry forms all day long. It reinforces our idea that the Spanish property market is very much on the up! If you´d like to have your property on display next time we do a large property show please let us know.
